The Mortgage Minimizer/Equity Builder is a powerful & effective tool for the management & acceleration of the payments. This Version has been designed for an existing real estate mortgage loan. The property owner can design a bi-weekly program or any other type of payment plan, including variable or sporadic payment (creating a 25, 20, 15 years or other) while maintaining a current and accurate principal balance.

Also, it projects both the time & amount of interest that would be saved over the remaining term of the loan compared to the remaining schedule. After actual payments have been posted, the program continues to track the remaining balance. Further, if the property owner posts the current ‘fair market value’ of the property, plus any estimated cost of sales (or not), then the program will track the Estimated Net Equity.
